These Terms govern your use of ascedgeleads.com and the services provided by Ascension Edge Lead Service ("AscEdgeLeads," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE PROVIDE

AscEdgeLeads provides appointment-generation services to roofing contractors, including preset inspection appointments, related nurturing communications, and optional software tools. We are a marketing and appointment-setting service. We are not an insurance adjuster, insurance agent, or public adjuster, and we do not provide insurance, legal, or claims advice.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of the business you represent.

3. APPOINTMENTS AND PACKAGES

Appointment packages, pricing, and any guarantees are as described at the time of purchase and in the written agreement between us. Appointment volume, timing, and geographic exclusivity are set out in that agreement. Where an appointment does not meet the agreed criteria, credit or replacement is handled as described in that agreement.

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for how your team conducts appointments we deliver, for the accuracy of what your representatives tell homeowners, and for your own compliance with all laws that apply to your business — including licensing, advertising, insurance, and consumer protection rules in the states where you operate.

5. TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM TERMS

Program. By providing your mobile number and giving consent, you agree to receive text messages from AscEdgeLeads. This is a recurring message program.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. You will not receive more than one promotional message per day.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier, not AscEdgeLeads, charges these rates.

To cancel. Text STOP to any message you receive from us at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide.

Privacy. Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://ascedgeleads.com/privacy-policy

6. PAYMENT

Fees are due as set out at purchase. Unless your written agreement says otherwise, payments are non-refundable except where a specific guarantee applies. Any refund under a guarantee is governed by the terms of that guarantee.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The site, its content, and our tools and systems are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. DISCLAIMERS

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." Except where a specific written guarantee applies, we make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Results vary. Any figures, ratios, testimonials, or examples shown on this site describe the experience of particular customers and are not a promise or guarantee of the results you will achieve. Your results depend on your market, your team, your sales process, and factors outside our control.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AscEdgeLeads is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AscEdgeLeads and its officers, employees, and contractors from claims arising out of your use of the services, your conduct at appointments, or your breach of these Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas.

13. CHANGES

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
